Terms of Sale for Digital Content

1. Acceptance of the Conditions By purchasing digital content through this site, you agree to be bound by these conditions of sale.

2. Product Description The products offered are digital contents in the form of PDFs with coloring images. This content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. License to Use With purchase, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the digital content purchased. This license is limited to personal use. Reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or commercial use of the contents without the express consent of the copyright owner is prohibited.

4. Copyright Restrictions Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in digital content remain the property of the seller or its licensors. The purchase does not imply any assignment of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

5. No Resale and Distribution You agree not to resell, distribute, rent or share the digital content with third parties in any form.

6. User Responsibilities The user is responsible for ensuring the compatibility of digital content with their devices. The seller is not responsible for any technical problems related to the use of the contents on specific devices.

7. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the contents, there are no refunds after downloading or accessing the digital contents, if there are proven technical defects in the file provided the seller will make a new copy available.

8. Changes to the Conditions of Sale The seller reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time. The changes will take effect immediately after their publication on the site.

9. Causes of force majeure The Seller is not responsible in the event of non-performance due to causes of force majeure including losses or expenses caused by delays and program changes resulting from quarantines, suspension of services due to strikes or closure of airspace, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, acts of terrorism, any situation reported in the ICC Force Majeure Clause and other situations attributable to a third party unrelated to the provision of the services provided for by the contract, or due to fortuitous circumstances and force majeure. Any additional expenses that may be necessary for additional services requested will be borne by the Customer.

10. Applicable Law and Competent Court These conditions of sale are governed by the law of the state or country in which the seller is based. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state or country.
